Scouts perform opening ceremony at Radleigh’s new show home in Scholars’ Gate, Mickleover

Youngsters from the 166th Derby Mickleover Scouts have officially opened Radleigh Homes’ new show home at Scholars’ Gate, Varsity Grange.
The scouts performed the ribbon cutting ceremony at the event last week, which was attended by Radleigh’s advisers, local council officials and other invited guests.
Radleigh has strong links with the scout group and was among the developers responsible for the scouts’ new purpose built headquarters in Mickleover.
The new HQ, which opened a year ago, is helping the well supported group to further increase its numbers.
Radleigh's new show home at Varsity Grange in Mickleover has received warm feedback from visitors.
The four-bedrooom house at Scholars’ Gate is a master class in contemporary living, earning top marks for its open-plan lay-out and the quality and style of its internal features.
Built to Radleigh’s exacting architectural standards, each property blends the best in creative modern design with all the comforts associated with a traditional family home.
And what is particularly impressing house hunters is the high standard of décor, attention to detail and internal lay-out which allows each room to “flow” effortlessly into the next.
The show home is open from 10.30am to 5.30pm Thursday to Monday. Prices in phase one start from £177,950 with part exchange deals and other tailor made incentives available.
