Patricia’s so impressed with Radleigh that she’s joined the team.

New Radleigh home owner Patricia Hargreaves is absolutely delighted with her spacious 3-bedroom home at Radleigh’s Richmond Gate development in Hinckley, in fact she’s so sold on Radleigh, that she’s now become a sales negotiator at her home development!

Patricia, who is also a sculptor, was looking for a role that would fit in well with her creative commitments. When she heard about the Richmond Gate sales negotiator position with Countrywide Land and New Homes, it sounded ideal; as having recently purchased her own Radleigh home, she had first hand knowledge of the Radleigh home buying experience.

“When I first visited Richmond Gate I loved it immediately” comments Patricia. “My only difficulty was deciding which house type to go for. Originally from Hinckley, Patricia feels settled already and finds that work is now a home from home. “The property styles are extremely attractive” continues Patricia. “The layout of the Eastnor is just terrific with its feature interior staircase adding extra height and a greater feeling of space.

“The contemporary living dining kitchen in the Barkway gives a large and open feeling to the house and the extra bedroom would also be a fantastic study.”

Radleigh research pays off for the Fawcetts at Richmond Gate.

Many home buyers interested in the concept of apartment living make sure they do their home work before buying the property that is right for them, none more so than semi-retired couple Michael and Irene Fawcett from Hinckley who spent 2 years looking for their perfect new home.

Moving from a 3-bedroom bungalow to their stylish 2-bedroom Radleigh apartment was a decision that had been carefully made. Michael and Irene were looking to downsize to stylish a new home that would involve less maintenance and release the equity from their bungalow.

Drawn to the concept of apartment living, the Fawcetts started their research project 2 years ago, visiting and comparing developments of a number of housebuilders, including Radleigh.

Researching areas around Hinckley and Nuneaton, the couple compared 12 different developments, including Radleigh's Charnwood Manor in Narborough and Roman Place in Syston. They found that the quality, finish and space offered by Radleigh were all superior and locations chosen, preferable

"We knew about Radleigh's forthcoming Richmond Gate development before work had even commenced" says Irene. "After being so impressed with the other Radleigh apartments we'd seen, we were keen to reserve our own property at the new Hinckley development. We've now moved in to a large, two-bedroom apartment that isn't overlooked and offers a terrific amount of space, far more room than I was anticipating.

"This is exactly where we wanted to be. We're close to family, the local amenities and can even walk into town.

"And Radleigh has been terrific to move with, really helpful and courteous, so the 2 year research project has been worth it for the final result!"
